Content License

This Content License governs how you may use the background vocals, anasheed, percussion, and other audio files ("Audio Assets") you obtain from Aswati, whether free or through a paid Production Pass. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Your license

Subject to your compliance with these terms and (for premium assets) an active subscription at the time of download, Aswati grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the Audio Assets you have downloaded. "Perpetual" means assets you lawfully downloaded while subscribed remain licensed for use even after your subscription ends — but ending your subscription stops your access to download new assets.

2. What you CAN do

• Use the Audio Assets in your own content — videos, podcasts, livestreams, apps, and social media.
• Use them in monetized and commercial projects (e.g. YouTube, ads, client work).
• Edit, trim, layer, and mix the Audio Assets into your productions.
• Use them in an unlimited number of your own projects.

3. What you CANNOT do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original Audio Assets as files, sound packs, or samples.
• Make the Audio Assets available for others to download, stream as standalone audio, or use as their own.
• Register, claim, or upload the Audio Assets (alone or substantially unchanged) to any content-ID, copyright, or monetization system as your own.
• Use the Audio Assets in unlawful, hateful, or content that disparages Islam or others.
• Sublicense the Audio Assets or transfer this license to anyone else.

4. No attribution required

Attribution is appreciated but not required. You do not need to credit Aswati in your projects.

5. Ownership

Aswati / Masirah and its contributors retain full ownership of and copyright in all Audio Assets. This license grants you usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership.

6. Free assets

Audio Assets offered for free are licensed on the same terms above, for as long as the free offer remains available. We may change or withdraw free assets at any time, but this does not affect files you have already downloaded lawfully.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. On termination you must stop using and delete any Audio Assets obtained in violation of these terms. Lawful uses already published under a valid license at the time may continue, at our discretion.
