An audio speed changer plays a recording faster or slower. This one ranges from 50% to 150% and changes pitch along with speed, which is exactly the sound of sped-up and nightcore edits (faster and higher) and slowed edits (slower and deeper). Pick a preset, adjust while it plays, and export a WAV.
Speed settings for common edits
- Sped up (reels and TikTok): 115 to 125%. Fits more energy into a short clip.
- Nightcore: 125 to 135%, bright and high.
- Fit a video length: divide the track length by the length you need. A 40-second track under a 34-second clip needs about 118%.
- Slowed: 75 to 90%, usually with reverb. The slowed + reverb generator starts there.
Speeding up a song doesn't make it copyright-free

How do I change the speed of an audio file?
Load the file, drag the Speed slider (50% to 150%) or pick a preset, preview it, then export a WAV. Set the reverb amount to zero if you only want the speed changed.
Does changing the speed change the pitch?
Yes. This tool changes speed and pitch together, like a record played faster or slower. That is the sound used for sped-up, nightcore and slowed edits.
How do I make a nightcore or sped-up version?
Choose the Sped up preset (120%) or Nightcore (130%), preview it, and export. Small amounts of reverb are optional.
